What is your return policy?
For customers within the contiguous United States, return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund of the cost of the products. We accept unaltered, unused items, in new condition purchased directly from StarSmilez. Please allow for the time it takes the carrier to ship your item(s) back to our warehouse in Florida. A return authorization is required for all returned merchandise and you are responsible for returning your item(s) to us.
If you are outside the contiguous United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or another U.S. territory, or other country, you may return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund of the cost of the products. We accept unaltered, unused items, in new condition purchased directly from StarSmilez. Please allow for the time it takes the carrier to ship your item(s) back to our warehouse in Florida. A return authorization is required for all returned merchandise and you are responsible for returning your item(s) to us. For orders with delivery addresses outside the U.S., the customer remains responsible for the shipping cost, customs and duty that are charges or accrue in the delivery and customs clearance process.
What about my refund?
If we received your return within the return policy time frames noted above, you can choose to receive your refund to your original payment method or as a StarSmilez store credit. If you paid with a StarSmilez gift card or StarSmilez credit, you will receive the money back as a StarSmilez store credit.
I would like to return a gift I received for a refund. Can I do this?
Unfortunately gifts cannot be returned for a cash refund but we are happy to refund gifts in the form of a StarSmilez store credit. To return a gift we will need to know the order or invioice number as well as the billing last name.
